Roddy New Homes purchased this brownfield site in December 2022. It is an 8 Acre Site which had been vacant since 2017, which is now allocated for mixed use development under the local plan, which will provide direct links to the sea front for easy access cycling and walking along the coast. The scheme will provide much needed starter houses in the area.
