We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve appointed Derek Butler as our new Commercial Manager to drive our ambitious growth plans!

Derek has more than 35 years’ experience in the construction sector, having previously held Commercial Manager and Director positions at some of the UK’s leading home builders.

In his new role, Derek will oversee all commercial aspects of the business, including managing budgets and costs, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, managing and mentoring the commercial team, and negotiating, drafting and managing contracts with all stakeholders.

“Having worked in the residential new build market for more than 20 years on projects ranging from multi-million pound inner city, mixed-used development schemes, to small garage infill sites, i’m confident I have the necessary experience and skill-set that will help bring even more success to the business and help it build upon the great work that is already being done to deliver high-quality, responsibly-built homes to our customers.”
