Roddy New Homes Construction/ VIRES Partnerships works in partnership with Registered Providers, Local Authorities, BTR and Institutional Investors to deliver Quality built, low-energy housing mainly on Brownfield Sites across the Home Counties.
We look at local requirements, what implications this may have on the surrounding area and the community, and ensure we build the right specification and mix of homes to meet local District housing requirements.
The ability to source land opportunities in strategic areas in house and deliver a bespoke, quality product to Investors and Registered Providers suiting their requirements. We specialise in delivering projects, which can involve land sourcing, planning, technical expertise and extensive construction experience to deliver value for our partners.

Sustainable methods of construction utilising MMC.
RNHC/VIRES have championed Timber Frame construction since the business was created and deliver over 90% of our Homes utilising MMC via Timber Frame structures.
Currently all our new homes are delivered to a minimum EPC rating B with expertise to deliver to EPC A or Passive depending on our partners requirements.
Our team has extensive experience delivering Timber Frame Homes along with Traditional methods where our Partners require.
Utilising Brownfield sites.
RNHC/VIRES to date have delivered over 90% of our Homes on Brownfield sites.
We have extensive knowledge of the challenges and opportunities delivering homes on Brownfield sites.
Utilising our group civil engineering Company Rockport Civil Engineering we reuse over 90% of the materials generated on-site which greatly reduces Co2 emission attributed to each project.
Our Business Carbon Reduction plan (2023 to 2030) Net Zero 2030 is on target.
Delivering key operational services in the Group encompassing Civil Engineering/ Groundworks and Brickwork.
By operating a self-delivery model including Key activities in house from Civil Engineering, Groundworks, Brickwork and Drylining this allows complete control over both quality and delivery programming for our Partners on Land led Partnerships or Delivery as Partner Contractor.
