For guaranteed peace of mind, your new home is covered by an International Construction Warranty (ICW), a comprehensive, 10-year warranty that covers new builds and renovations, and includes retrospective cover.
Providing secure protection for homeowners, your warranty is underwritten by ‘A’ rated insurers and covers the crucial structural elements of your new home.
Your home is also covered by a Build-Zone warranty, so it’s protected against structural issues that may be caused by defects in design, material or workmanship.
